The Investment Manager believes that this is an opportune time for investment in the U.A.E. given the present macro-economic circumstances and continuing structural reform. |

- The Fund’s primary strategy would be to invest in a diversified portfolio of properties comprising both partially completed and fully completed properties, predominantly in the residential class. These properties would be held for a medium to long term and realized once the anticipated return on investment is achieved within the life of the Fund.
- Investment proceeds realized during the Investment Period may be re-invested in accordance with the Fund’s investment strategy.
