| Investment Objectives |
The primary investment objective of the Fund is to make opportunistic investments in real estate and real estate related assets solely in the U.A.E., including the acquisition of ownership interest in: |

- Partially completed properties, where the potential appreciation is in keeping with the Fund’s overall financial objectives and where the payment plans are within the Fund’s capital and cash resources;
- Completed properties, where the potential appreciation is in keeping with the Fund’s overall financial objectives and where the rental yields are sufficient to cover the Funds month to month expenses.
- The Fund may invest directly or indirectly, in any debt, equity or other interests in, or relating to, real estate assets of any type in the U.A.E.
